Coating system

• Abrasive blasted externals to ISO 8501-1 to Sa2 1/2 with a minimum surface area of 50 microns.
• Completed final blow down, sweep and vacuum clean to remove dust.
• Applied Polyglass VEF to achieve DFT of 500 microns.
• Applied  Corrocoat Armagel internally to achieve minimum DFT of 1000 microns.
• Thickness checked and spark tested.
• Packed and prepared for dispatch.

Coating credentials

Polyglass VEF: A glass flake vinyl ester acrylic co-polymer. Excellent in immersed environments. Excellent flexibility, undercutting resistance and sliding abrasion resistance.
