Repair the suction coverback to original dimensions and also provide better protection to the substrate from the abrasive pumped media.

Coating system

• Grit blasted to ISO850-1, internals and all wetted areas to Sa 21/2 and externals to Sa2.
• Applied multiple coats of Plasmet HE to achieve a minimum DFT 2.0mm to the pump internals
• Thickness and spark tested
• Post machined as required
• Applied two coats of Plasmet ZF to the suction cover external areas.
