Coating system

• Grit blasted to SIS 05 5900, SA 21/2 (Relate to Corrocoat data sheet SP1, 6/30).
• Zipcoat applied by airless spray, minimum film thickness 850μm (Refer to Corrocoat data sheets 6/20).

Coating credentials

Zipcoat was approved by the Highways Agency for use on this project via a DFS, awarded quickly and without issues.

Structural members erected and coated.

Successful completion within project time scale.
