We would like to say a huge congratulations to our apprentice, Aaron Waite, who has successfully completed his Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Improving Operational Performance (Performance Engineering Operations) in the Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies’.

Aaron joined Corroserve in 2015 and after a short period of training was enrolled onto an NVQ training programme with Appris. Aaron has now completed his training and has recently received a Level 2 NVQ Diploma, in Performing Engineering Operations (Engineering Practices) achieving work place accreditations in the following areas:

  • Working safely in an engineering environment
  • Carrying out engineering activities efficiently and effectively
  • Using and communicating technical information
  • Producing components using hand fitting techniques
  • Producing mechanical assemblies
  • Finishing surfaces by applying coatings or coverings.

 

Aaron said; “I am very proud of this achievement” and Nigel Riley, Corroserve’s Works Director, commented: “Aaron has worked hard to complete his NVQ, and is now a highly skilled and valued member of the team.”
